These were easy to install (I have bought 4 total locks) and pretty easy to set up in the app. They get glitchy at times but seem to get back to working easily. Once you set the first up the rest are easy with app. I like the ability to assign different codes for different people and download the history. I cannot, however, figure out how to have the app working on mine and my husbands phone at the same time. It will log the other out. The only time you would need that ability is to open one remotely but that hasn't been needed.

Absolutely love this thing, so many features inside packed into it and keeps all my tech room locked and secure . One of the easiest and fastest things too install all u need is screw driver, drill and bit and that's it, 10 minutes tops you have it installed and ready too go besides batteries which you don't need if you have none comes with two keys so your good too go

I like this lock alot. The reason I won't give it 5 stars is because I had to order another piece to go along with it in order to unlock the door from the app and it still doesn't work. I spent extra $$ for nothing. I don't think you should have to buy another adapter/gateway in order to unlock the door from anywhere. The fingerprint system works well. Just make sure your hands are dry.

I've installed three of these and they all work great. I'd highly recommend you get the gateway with it because that allows you to check status and lock/unlock from anywhere.

Also note that you will need to drill one extra 3/8" hole in the door if you want the lock to hold well to the door.
