The quality is great, however the band lengths are extremely awkward. They're too short to use just a single one, but when I combine two bands it's way too long. For reference I'm 5'2

I am loving this bar kit for at-home workouts! It comes with a poster of various set ups and workouts you can do - I laminated it and hung it up in my office, so I can get some reps in throughout the work day.

The core of the bar is metal and feels durable. I’ve had no issues yet with anything breaking or prematurely deteriorating.

Just an fyi for the short people - I’m short at 5’0” so sometimes I have to get a little creative on the set up to shorten the length of the bands and add more resistance. It’s not an issue, and I can easily get burnout reps with this kit!

I needed soemthing to add to my home workouts other than weights. When I read the reviews for this, I was sold, and the reviews are right! This is a great bar for arm toning and there are exercises to use on the floor for leg muscle toning. You can use this in so many ways for different muscles and even for stretching. There are two weight attachments, 30 and 40 bands, for each side. My foot with a sneaker is too big to fit in the foot loophole so I go without shoes.
