Is there any evidence that all the materials are safe for food? I think some of it is suspicious and I wasn't thrilled about the smell when I first used it -- the first couple times. I love that you can look in. I love the way it cooks. I love saving energy and heat. But I just am not sure how safe this is after the scents when I first fired it up. I'd love to see some documentation or more information.
